I watched BLACK MASS with Johnny Depp.. the movie is slow & boring to me i couldn't stay awake during it

THE GALLOWS this movies sucked too. I don't really like the hand cam blair witch type of movie.. this was really slow & it took forever to get to the killing..

MEAN STREETS (1973)

Classic movie, really good, Deniro gave the GOAT portrayal and Harvey Keitel did a great job too. A classic tale and very good pacing, it never gets stale and it isn't romanticized either. It's clear to see how Goodfellas went back and tapped into that gritty harshness to make it so amazing. This movie was dope and I enjoyed it a lot. From religion, to social norms and social obstacles the movie is spectacular. One of Scorsese's breakthrough films, it's considered a universal classic and if you're a fan of gangster movies I strongly recommend watching the original OG that set it off for many - from the Sopranos to the Goodfellas, to Casino, etc. etc.

I rate it a solid 10/10

This is one of my fave scorsese movie!! From the acting to directing shit is phenomenal

Cooley High...classic man top 5 soundtrack ever

Was real late on this. My folks always talked about how authentic it was. Finally found it on YouTube early this year and boy. I smoked one and was on the verge of tears. No movie really got me like that. I love this film.

Tears of the sun..Bruce Willis and Monica bellucci

Seen this a while back ..great film loved every minute of it ...check it out if u havent

LOL @ them setting the war zone in Nigeria

Bellucci though is a Top 10 sexiest actress ever.. the appeal just oozes outta her whenever she's on screen

Ghost Rider - Nic Cage plays Marvel's Johnny Blaze comic book character as a stunt motorbike rider who signs a pact with the Devil when he was a teen

Probably Cage's last great film. The photography and CGI were dope. Eva Mendes looking smashable as ever. It was a cool movie. I heard however the sequel sucked

Taxi Driver - last night on Film 4. I own the DVD and the score on CD and I personally think it's Scorsese's greatest film in direction and flow (with Goodfellas coming second).

Looking at New York city in the late 70's (a period I wasn't even born in) as Travis Bickle's cab drives by with that jazz score playing blunted up is sheer euphoria.

Also Scorsese's own cameo was hilarious

My favourite film/movie ever.. .

Bruh dead or alive Martin Scorsese the GOAT filmmaker/film director

He has a way of putting subtle undertones with meanings into pretty normal circumstances in his movies. His documentaries too dope. I mean this guy directed Michael Jackson's Bad video. What are the odds?

Never seen taxi driver its on my watch list tho heard nothing but great things about it

Also gotta check out raging bull

I fell asleep on raging bull =/

Fun fact: Scorsese was snorting way too much coke before this movie was produced. DeNiro was concerned about his friend's well-being and gave him the pitch for Raging Bull..

>>> black mass

Well I saw this 2 nights ago. It's a film that'll divide opinion; you either hate it or love it and I belong in the latter category

I've peeped the comparisons to The Departed (with Boston as a backdrop) and folk saying it was boring but I thought it was a properly made crime drama and good performances especially the guy who plays the FBI agent who liases with J. Depp's character Bulger to exchange info.

It was also based on a real life story. I also found it interesting that gangsters in movies all always come to a brutal end (either locked up or dead) and they snitch as well but get mad when someone else snitch on them. LOL

For me a 4/5 rating.. .

Finally watched creep all the way thru ...the title fits the over all feel very well ..dude was completely off his rocker 7/10

The long walk home starring Whoopi Goldberg and sissy specek ....set in the 50s Whoopi plays a maid who works for sissy's family Whoopi and other African Americans decide to boycott the bus system ..from there it show the challenges Whoopi and sissy's characters face as they weave thru the situation 9/10

Swat starring Sam Jackson Colin Farrell and ll cool j

A high priority inmate offers 100mil to any one who can break him out of prison from there things get tough for swat as they have to fend off every criminal in the city who takes the inmate up on his offer 8/10
