There's no way that movie would have been shot in real BDSM fashion with the publicity and dollars thrown behind it

The book itself is crappy literature

if you can get graphic sex scenes on the likes of game of thrones (which is arguably the biggest show on the planet right now) i don't see why a movie aimed at a mature audience like this couldn't have pushed the boundaries somewhat.

i just read that even the pubic hair in this film was cgi.fuck is going on when actresses don't want to show their bush anymore and have to have it digitally altered in.

world is going to shit.

I heard they were scared of an NC-17 rating for why it was so watered down. Also Game of Thrones would definitely be NC-17 if it was a movie.

Reminds me of when Kubrick shot Eyes Wide Shut with all the frontal nudity and explicit scenes

He died before the film was released but Warner. Bros tried to digitally alter a whole lotta shit for a wider release since it had Tom Cruise on there

Thankfully I watched the unedited version recently. ..

that Exodus Gods and Kings movie leaked and something else I cant remember right now, gonna watch that cracka shit this weekend

Just watched Top Five, nothing like I expected it to be and not as good as it's 88% Rotten Tomato score. Funniest part was the Jerry Seinfeld cameo when he accuses the stripper of taking his wallet.

Boyhood is an incredible achievement

I hope that kid becomes a big star

Their first stepdad was a piece of shit

I try to avoid this thread but i just did a search for "Boyhood" & no threads came up... this comment did tho

I just watched. As a father of a 3yr old & a 3month old. It puts time into perspective. Scared the shit out of me. Time flys like a motherfucker.

The Imitation Game - didn't think i would enjoy this as much as i did.Great performance from Benedict Cumberbiatch.

Bottle Rocket - Debut of Wes Anderson (and luke and owen wilson) i've been going through all of andersons resume lately and this was quite an enjoyable film.

No tears for the dead - Korean action flick from the same director as 'the man from nowhere' , it had the potential to be pretty good but despite the action being slick and well done, the whole film does't amount to much.

Kingsman - Most fun movie i've seen in the theatres in a while. That church scene was trill as fuck.

Jupiter Ascending - even though the wachowskis vision is integral to the movie (and does add a lot of personality to it) ,you get the feeling in another film makers hands this could have been a great blockbuster.in parts it was all over the place, editing was fucking atrocious and so was a lot of the logic.funny that eddie redmayne won an oscar whilst he was awful in this, dude was just barking his lines out lmao.

the fear is real.
