Started watching Twin Peaks because I heard True Detective was heavily influenced by it and they're picking it back up for a third season on Showtime 24 years after it ended and damn this shit is weird as fuck. The first season is only 8 episodes and I'm already through 6 of 'em so I'll finish it out but I don't even figure I'll start Season 2 since it's 22 episodes. I really just wanna know who killed Laura Palmer and I've resisted the urge to just Google it so far.

I stumbled across 1999 NBC sitcom Stark Ravin Mad. Im a fan of Tony Shalhoub, so I gave it a watch. Shits pretty funny, tho the last 3-4 eps were wack AF. Overall its a solid major network TV odd couple comedy. Ran thru its 1st and only season in about a week.

whore- 1991 staring theresa russel from other movies like the black widow the last tycoon. with guest appearances by antonio fargas and danny trejo in a small role as a tatoo artist(this dude has always looked the same) the discription is in the video. its done in a pseudo documentary style theres some quirkiness and humor. theres some nudity and the main actress(russel) is kinda hot

paid in full seen it before watched it on netflix this weekend just because.

TOP FIVE

Enjoyed the film thought it was more of a comedy but wasn't disappointed at all and yea this is definitely one of his better movies.. Basically a fictional look at the glare of the light of hollywood the wheeling and dealing and bullshit tats outthere.. and then showing the other side of being grounded by the people who he came up with as well as him "getting his grove back" and going back to his roots

St. Vincent starring Bill Murray, Melissa McCarthy, Naomi Watts, Chris O'Dowd, Terrance Howard, & Jaeden Lieberher. A single mother and her son move in next door to a grumpy, alcoholic, Vietnam veteran who teaches the wimpy yet wise boy the ways of the world while his mother is working long hours at a hospital. Great movie, definitely a tear-jerker. 8/10.

Watched Foxcatcher, I liked it except something seemed off about Channing Tatum's performance can't put my finger on it though. Also an error I noticed it shows them watching the Goodridge - Hererra UFC fight in like 1988 when in fact the UFC wasn't founded until 1993. 7/10.
