Went back and watched Rome. Still love it, but it doesn't hold up too well in a rewatch. All that jumping around with the second season. Sucks that they had to do that since they were getting cancelled.

Galaxy Quest. Always hilarious.

Watched The Mountain and the Viper. Still brutal. Screaming still gets to me. Happy to see Adebisi gonna be in the next season.

Copper season 2.

The Hunted. I liked the first half of it, but at some point, TLJ running around gets to be too much. Gets old pretty fast when things seem like they'll get tense, but Tommy Lee just activates his Navajo sharingan and knows everything.

Eventually got to make my way through the best 50 warner bros collection I picked up.

Gone Girl - 8.5/10

I expected no less from David Fincher. He consistently delivers. Movie is slow to build, however the second half makes it all worth it. That twist was not at all what I saw coming.Rosemund Pike will get an Oscar nomination, but she won't win.

One of the best films of the year (although this year is kind of slim pickings).

Map To The Stars

David Cronenberg's new film about a few people living in Hollywood. . ..

It has the signature depravity you'd find in his films (mental breakdown, violence and incest are featured).

It's quite good film.

Julianne Moore, John Cusack and Robert Pattinson star...

Just watched Se7en for the first time in a few years...never gets old.

Saw Annabelle on sunday. Fuck that movie fuck the conjuring. I know people will say it aint scary well fuck yall. That shit had me shook as fuck.

Story wise that shit was too short, I thought it was gonna have something to do with Paranormal investigator people. I smell a sequel coming up with how it ended though. It felt really rushed at the end to be honest, well of what I heard.

Time Is Illmatic . .

I watched that shit last night and the film just certified my belief that Nasir Jones is the Greatest Of All Time (and it's more than just an acronym)

I recently watched The professional with Jean Reno and Natalie Portman. This movie is FUCKING AWESOME! If you like gangsta style movies, you have to watch this one. The soundtrack is also great!

i prefer the halloween movies over friday the 13th, freddy kruger etc.

all the halloween's were re-released on blu-ray one month ago, including the producer's cut for part 6 that was floating around on the internet for years. the quality was crappy when i saw it years ago so i re-watched it when the blu-ray became available. this is way better than the theatrical version imo. scenes are shown in their entirety so the movie flows much better. the endings are completely different for those who are interested in seeing it

pretty good horror flick with a nice twist at the end

I just saw Automata, dope concept kinda like a darker Irobot. But I enjoyed it but it could have been better it wasn't very clear what the robots wanted to do to me. But still enjoyable if you like futuristic movies rent it from the redbox.

Out Of Sight - directed by Soderbergh and starring George Clooney and Jennifer Lopez. Ving Rhames, Isaiah Washington, Don Cheadle and Samuel L. Jackson all feature too..

The Idiots - directed by Lars Von Trier, the Danish auteur (who recently directed Nymphomaniac which I'm currently watching). It tells the story of a group of Danish middle class individuals who form a cult where they behave mentally challenged and like imbeciles. But it all crashes when their personal lives get in the way... its art house cinema at its most shocking and follows the doctrines of Dogma 95 (look it up if you're a film buff)..

I, Robot - came on TV on the weekend and had to watch it in HD quality. It aged well and is one of Will's more intelligent blockbusters. You wouldn't believe it's been a decade since it was released. I would classify it as a modern sci-fi classic

The King's Speech - Oscar winning drama about a former British monarch's stammering problems and the help he gets from an unlikely source. I liked it. Production design and cinematography was dope.

Love - independent made sci-fi flick released in 2011. It deals with loneliness and isolation in space. Time as an entity is dealt with too. The American Civil War was a highlight too.. didn't really know what to make out of it but it was decent

Lets Be Cops pretty funny movie at times..other wise heh it was alright had it;s moments/.

Hercules dope...Action was on point and I liked the storyline good action movie.

^ Gonna try and watch that this weekend. The Coen Bros. have made some great films.. .

It's not in the top half of the list of Coen flicks for me, I enjoyed it but not done breaking it down yet, more of character film than a story, just a heads up...
