Gave Mr robot another chance. Show is great but it didn't hook me in til the end of the first season. I'm bout halfway through s2 I'm all the way in.

I was pretty surprised at how well Joey Badass played his role in the show.

You saying this like thats not the case in 99.99% of movies.

For as great as the godfather movie is the book blows that shit out the water.

I can respect that. Since I didn't read the book and don't fuck with social media the movie was decent to me.

I've been pretty busy this past month on the screen...

On Netflix I've seen:

Deray Davis: How To Act Black (stand up, was dope; when he impersonated Terrence Howard, I died)

Jim & Andy: The Great Beyond (Jim Carrey's documentary on method acting)

She's Gotta Have It (the movie and series)

Mindhunters (all ten episodes, Fincher is one of Hollywood's finest)

Movies I've seen:

Kill the Irishman - real life drama about the mob in Cleveland in the 70s and it's demise. Stars Val Kilmer and Christopher Walken

The Yellow Sea - very, very violent Korean thriller about a taxi driver who takes a hit job to pay up a debt but gets caught up in gang war factions. Brilliant and gripping. Recommended.

Leaves Of Grass - starring Edward Norton as twin brothers; one an accomplished academic and the other a redneck weed dealer. Was cool...

National Lampoon's European Vacation - The family head to Europe.. it was interesting seeing European cities and how they looked in the 80s

Batman Returns - just caught this last night before I crashed. I liked Michelle Pffeifer's performance as Catwoman... she gave the film an edge. DeVito as Penguin was funny. I still love Burton's Batman films

Probably seen more. To be continued...
