Jurassic World - 6/10. Pretty formulaic. The special effects were top notch, and the plot was solid. But there really wasn't anything extraordinary about it to give it a higher score. I tuned out about halfway through.
Insidious 3 - 6.5/10 Better than 2, nowhere near as good as 1. A couple creepy scenes but the payoff was a big waste of time because it was too simple. My one complaint is that the solution to the character's problem was a big fucking letdown. That's it? That's all she had to do? The old lady could have sent her a text the first time and the movie would only have had to be 20 minutes long. Problem solved.
It Follows - 7/10 Weird and campy, I liked it. Reminds me of cult suspense/horror films. Underrated imo.

Caught this on netflix. I liked it even tho I didn't get it..there were a lot of things at play that i didn't understand how they all fit together cuz it was artsy as shit...but imo it wasn't a bad movie like critics made it out to be. The directing and cinematography made the film.

Lila & eve ..starring viola Davis and Jennifer Lopez ....viola plays a single mom raising two boys her oldest is gunned down she meets Lopez at a meeting for mothers with murdered children that's when things get interesting ..the two set out for revenge ......I thought it was a pretty good flick viola always brings it and I was surprised Lopez brought it as well....there is a major twist at the end

I'm too creeped out to check this movie but the curious part makes me wanna give in.

I just saw this myself, what a weird as movie, but it's a remake of Ganja and Hess, hence the main characters names are Ganja and Hess
