Soulja Boy- Report Card

This song encapsulates the thoughts of a young man, misunderstood going through a transitional phase in his life. Can't concentrate on school work and with his new found fame and the problems that comes with it; he simply wants a passing grade and would accept a D. He takes you on a journey through his adolescent years; speaking vividly about his detractors and how he disregards them and is focused on acquiring currency while fornicating with promiscuous women. This song has a double meaning and it represents a microcosm of life's ills for young black men in the 2000's.
