One problem is R.E.D. has had a checkered history as far as singles are concerned -- "Red Nation" and "Pot of Gold" tanked when they came out earlier this year.

I underestimated him by nearly 80,000. Dude created attention by trying to ids Jay Z and the twitter Sheriff fiasco. he had to really hustle for it. after a 2 year push back!

He had two singles w/videos. That is promotion. As for the album being a sucess, you're being mad short sighted. After these abysmal sales it doesn't look good for another album.

Which is too bad 'cuz this is a big step up from LAX and is probably a good indication that he's getting closer to another gem.
