It makes 0 sense for it to be a time remnant that did not live out the events of this season. So it can't be a time remnant created before he fought Savitar because it would not have any of those memories. Only one created while or after he fought Savitar would.

It's either going to be a time reminant or the Barry we know is the actual time reminant and he doesn't know it
