It's just a reference to the fact that that Singh's character is also gay in the comic books. His boyfriend by the way is the Pied Piper who could be an ally or an enemy to The Flash (he's a friend of Wally West but a foe of Barry Allen) depending on the circumstances.

I saw this online earlier. It's a pic of the Reverse Flash in front of both Dr. Wells and Eddie Thawne. Keep in mind that this does not disprove the theories that any one of them could be the reverse flash. In flash comic books when it comes to time travel stories the same matter can occupy the same space.

Matter of fact Eobard Thawne's life in the 25th century had many alterations made it to by Professor Zoom (also Thawne) this way. I'm assuming the adaptation will also follow that principle of time travel as well. Still interesting nonetheless.
