They seemed to combine them together and I've been reading through flash rebirth so it's on my brain right now lol. This guy Godspeed a beast and I knew it was ol boy once he said imagine what we could do with these powers man these awholes never learn.

I don't see any indication that they are combining them. Why cause he said he was the god of SPEED and not the god of MOTION? I figured they just did that to simplify his purpose for the layman viewers as much as possible.
