that will forever be the problem here.....nobody wants to bring any money here for fear of losing it....nobody wants to invest in this shit if its gone be niggas in there basically......they build everything on Youree Dr in one lil fucked up cluster or out Ellerbe Rd/Ashley Ridge somewhere....otherwise Bossier gets all the new attractions

Same thing happens in the ATL. The southside got stuff when the housing boom was bringing subdivisions to every corner of ATLanta metro. Now that that has stopped. You started to see everything cluster above I-20.

Companies move to stable areas and places that have stable people with stable incomes. Right now everything above I-20 is stable where it is pockets of stability below. It falls down a racial line also of consistent gentrification of areas close to downtown and inconsistent investment of low income areas.

I could really paint damn near every city in the world with the same inconsistent investment of low income areas.
