Not really from reading the transcript Chi really wanted some weed, and Marley wanted some Chi. Chi drove down to see her, and Marley went into panic mood (Im not sure why. It wasnt clarified in the IM). Chi then explained that it was raining and he was there. He then asked, "Are you coming down". She was intoxicated and high and accidentally/became nervous (im not sure on which one) ignored his question. She possibly went downstairs to get him on the corner and he had left after 2 mins of arriving ( I wouldve left too). She then jokingly stated that she was going to call him and cuss him out but he said, "im glad you didnt"; she probed him about which comment she was referring to and he stated, "both". Then she had replied with, "ether".
