How the fuck did you sleep on Seduction? That shit knocked on loop for a good album when the album dropped.

Oh, and the climate in hip hop was different then. Everybody thought Eminem was a complete goofball flash in the pan white rapper. Remember, the last White rapper that made any noise prior to him on a mainstream stage was Vanilla Ice. Everlast sorta counts, but Jump Around was not Hi My Name is Or Ice Ice Baby.

And we can't forget the overall jump in quality, promotion, and skills Em displayed between SSLP and MMLP.

I initially liked Seduction, but wasn't feeling the album overall. All the songs I bump on the regular are in the beginning (Cold Wind Blows, Talkin To Myself, Going Thru Changes), so I don't listen to much past Not Afraid (fuckin HATE that song). Cuz of that, I haven't heard Seduction in mad long... I didn't know it was THAT good. Cinderella Man was my shit too, til I realized it was Til I Collapse Pt 2. Shit got boring real quick.

And C/S everything you said. People forget about Em's jump from novelty rapper that was the polar opposite to the pop shit going on to the legitimate artist that produces his own albums. Dude sold cuz he was nice, point blank period.

But that in it self is a contradiction Eminem had records like Rock Bottom and If I Had on his first Album

On his Intoperspective records which are the majority how is he dumbing anything down? he is still Lyrical as far as Multis but it's classy and great based on the fact he is Lyrical on records like Superman, Mockingbird, When I'm Gone, If I had, Say Goodbye To Hollywood, Sing For The Moment etc but at the same time actually saying something deep and relatable expressing his personal pain but like i said still being Lyrical blended with Emotional while doing it that is the hardest thing for a Song Writer to be Deep and make Songs saying something the listener can connect with feel the pain and get moved by what is being said but like i said still be Lyrical while speaking on a struggle

Deep Content + Lyricism is the hardest thing to do oppossed to just Rapping about nothing or Rapping about a bunch of random violance in reality that is called dumbing down Music cos anyone can Rap saying nothing the most important aspect of Hip Hop is what is being said as far as Content and how well it's said and expressed with emotions

So what you are saying makes no sense and you basically in reality lets be honest hate the fact Eminem got as big as he did you liked Eminem when he wasn't as popular same way a person will say oh i'll stop wearing Nike shoes or Ralph Lauren or Levis just cos they got more popular and more people are wearing them i felt cooler when it wasn't so popular, it's human nature but it's in reality quite sad cos it means you are insecure and never were a true Eminem fan but just a fan of a gimmick and a fan of something so simple and easily done which is Rapping with no Substance

What exactly is Pop about records like When I'm Gone, Mockingbird, Sing For The Moment, The Way I Am, Going Through Changes, We As Americans, Cleaning Out My Closet etc sure he's Singing on the Hooks on a lotta these tracks but to call them Pop is idiotic they are pure Hip Hop based on the fact they cover all the dope elements of a Hip Hop Song good Content, Substance, good Lyricisim, Emotion, expressive feelings, personal feelings, dope Melodic Hooks and dope Production a lotta these records you say are Pop just cos they Introperspective are quite dark

Seems to me like you do not know the difference between Emotional/Deep and Pop

And you are telling me black Hip Hop fans like Shock Value Rap over INtroperspective Music based on personal struggles an Artist went through? again what an idiotc statement why is it that most black fans if they have anything bad to say about Eminem it's based on his silly gimmicky Shock Content?

Majority of people regardless if they are black or white love great Music which an important the most important factor is Content and what is being said in the Lyrics and how it is expressed as far as Emotion

You just too scared to come out and say you are not interested in Music with meaning, substance, emotion, pain thought provoking Lyrics but just enjoy random Rapping for the sake of Rapping if you would just say that instead of talking nonsense you would get more respect

Look, obviously you just skim over my post and pick and choose stuff. Rock bottom and if I had were a few songs which I told Lab baby was fine. I said I don't want the majority of this guys album like that when clearly he can stand out more with songs that you'd wanna rewind cuz he said something crazy. I disagree with It's harder to do those emo raps than it is to make people laugh with funny punchlines. If he's got a niche for comedic raps why would I want some introspective joints from him? If anybody can make people laugh name 5 other rappers with funnier sence of humor lines than him. I bet you for everyone you can name ....I can name 2 introspective heartfelt rappers. And don't try to tell me what my taste is because I lie introspective joints.....I just don't prefer them from this man we talkin about now. You like those kinda joints from him because you are an overly obsessed fan of the man that feels the need to be all in his fuckin business, gotta know how he feels at all times n shit, I DON'T!!! And if you have to ask why TRL's greatest hits joints like cleaning out my closet is popped up and more Carson daily friendly for the radio then my post are beyond what you can comprehend and I'll just stick to discussing things with Lab Baby. I swear Eminiem had to have made the Stan song about you Smh.

I just don't see the man that rapped amazing at the radio station that I did when he first came out. I see a durag wearing white guy tryna act hard when he gets upset about something, not the guy that rapped about getting beat on in school and turning that into his own victory by owning it. I don't hang on his every bar like I use to when he was rappin with all those incredible multies and dark metaphors. I see a little sence of humor still, but you can tell Jimmie Iovine been making him surpress the shit that made him stand out. Now he sounds like every other emo rap bastard that wants radio spins. I can get that "make you wanna cry because of the struggle and hardships" shit from anybody. Don't nobody I know that was a Big time fan of his when he first started out want to hear a rapper as ill as Eminiem introspective and thought provoking all the time. And why did he have to change his voice to that annoying ass yelling flow? Listen to his song on the sound bombing pt. 2 called Anyman and the flow he does now on sky full of lighters. Smh @ what a relic he's become in terms of wanting to hear the guy.

True. I guess we can chalk it up to him growing up and trying to step away from that style. The screaming was cool in MMLP and TES, when there was real legitimate anger, and the lyrics were harsher. But now that he's getting older he's losing his voice and he's trying to recapture that energy, but failing at it miserably. But to his credit, he's shown signs that he's still got it in BME and the BET cypher. I can write a whole titangraph about how technically and lyrically dope those verses were, but that's up to the listener to see that.

So what is the reason you wanna hear Cartoonish childish Music from Eminem but not real Introperspective timeless Music from the heart? but wanna hear that from other Rappers?

Cos he's white SMG

You a fake fan

I haven't been on here for at least a month, I come back and this stupid bitch is still at it? I think the mods just made this character up to create drama or something, I can't believe there's really somebody out there who is this obsessed with any one persons life and career. One day we're going to see this bitch on Intervention or some shit. When Eminem dies, Stan here is going to jump off a bridge.

This. And it's funny how a thread praising Eminem doesn't get merged with the Official Eminem thread...but make a thread any of the mods deem as "Eminem hate", that shit gets merged with the quickness.

The Reason is a joke.

Rotflmfao!!!!!!!!!! You are some piece of work. I gotta give it to you tho because it takes a real true to life Eminiem fan to appreciate Eminiem wanting to make you sad all the time. Listen up dammit cuz I only wanna explain this one more time....* thinks about how to break it down real slow for you *
Alright: the reason why I don't want to hear that trite emo material from him that I could get from any one dimensional conscious rapper is because his sence of humor is virtually unmatched as far as anything this rap game has ever seen. Name me somebody else that can do that crazy kuokou type of shit better than him. Ain't shit about his skin color ever bothered me (except I was a lil disturbed about the racial slurrs he had toward black women back in the day but I realize maybe he was too young and stupid at the time to maybe know better,)when the other guy I forget his name started that topic about how blacks should be embarrassed to bump Eminiem in the streets I defended Eminiem because I thought that was a little much. I don't think his race should matter as far as if you like what you like from them. My problem with Eminiem has more to do with his abandonment of his underground roots and his change of vocal tone than it does him being white so shut that bullshit you talkin right down! If anything if you were a "REAL" fan of him you'd also appreciate his class clown personality and not just his Sade sad songs.

See I can respect your post. This shmuck Bigavelli just doesn't get it. You don't agree with 100% of my sentiments but you Atleast open minded enough to see where I'm coming from and why I'd like the way he use to rap better than that shit he does now. I agree with you 100% about how there should be a time and a place for that yelling flow he does. I could understand when you dissin benzino but come on now.
