I prefer doctor's advocate then documentary. didn't most of the songs 50 wrote on there?

Nahh 50 wrote a few hooks and when they started beefing he felt like since those songs were the most commercial he basically Made game hot. Only 50 would think writing a hook means writing a song.

But the songs without 50 was Hot too. I fuck with more songs On Documentary than GKMC because of production but it did have alot more tracks anyway

Naw, Gillie was actually constructing the raps for Wayne, 50 made hooks for Game.

Initially after hearing the Doc I popped the CD out and put it back in my CD case and didn't listen to it again for another month. I hated it...but it eventually grew on me. I still don't think its a classic but a great effing album? Yeah fasho.

Now GKMC, when I first heard it. I was like "damn....this nigga has made the best debut album since Food & Liquor" I replayed it (in its entirety) for like a week before I got tired of it. I'm not certain its classic status yet but its already got a head start.

I pick GKMC

The only things The Documentary has over GKMC are production and a Nate Dogg hook

Word, Idk How L Dot didn't fuck with No Dre Beats at all for this one smh

How much would a Dre beat cost though?.. and maybe the beats that were available to him didn't really fit the album..

I think a Dre beat would've fit a song like backstreet freestyle better Imo. But Album was still good without any. I just wasn't really feeling the production his lyrics Were what made the album Great

it depends on your criteria for which album is better I like The Documentary better production wise, but lyrically, content wise, storytelling I'm rockin' with GKMC

The Documentary is name drop heavy but not in the dick riding way he's on now but GKMC was structured so much better. They both are classics though (Im still bumpin GKMC. It never gets old.
