The main problem is rappers aren't being true to themselves. They are who the people want them to be, instead of being who they are.. A lot of insecurity in the rap game.

simpleton fans are solely to blame. all the dumbass pop mainstream shit that's out is out because there's a market for it. more people would know about Sean price and big l if that's what mainstream audience wanted to hear. as long as that "music" is accepted as the standard, there will keep being new acts to keep it going.
