Depends on how one would define "cooning"

The attributes applied to the word may be more shallow coming from one person compared to the next mans. I personally think I have a broader range of things that I would deem "coonin"

As far as who is a coon in the IC... I'm not good with keeping up with folks name-wise but I know them when I see them.
