caught it last night....dope ass story....young people cant even come together on some humble shit like that no more

like Gipp said, everybody stayed in their lane and stuck to what they could contribute....now everybody's the star

they had me rollin talkin bout the dungeon lol

The time frame that was used as filler in the end (drug use, interscope fallout, and Rico Wade upset about not getting a Outkast shout out) could've been spent describing what Gipp was like. The role Big Rube, & T-Mo played. They touched on Cee-Lo planning on being a career, they could've done that for everybody. And instead of leaving it like they fell off after Interscope, could've shown how they Snowballed into Future.

Just looked her up, I see she was on a few Kast songs and she's an established artist in her own right. Before I even looked up her pics, just seeing her in the doc, I thought she had the Badu vibe to her. Something super sexy bout her.

Lamarquis Jefferson was the bass player. He was also affiliated with Jermaine Dupri and a SO So Def producer. Peep Jagged Edge's Let's Get Married (ReMARQable remix) [feat. Rev Run]

I know its fun to clown complex around these parts, but this is a very informative article on onp...

"But I didn't feel no kind of way when they formed their own production group. If anything, with OutKast, I made them [Big and Dre] be partners [when I created OutKast], but I really saved them from where they are now, because Big and Dre had a little deep-down resentment towards each other, cause they had been working together for so long, like, 'I spent 20 years of my life with you.' I mean, Keith Richards talks about Mick Jagger the same way. It's like having brothers, like, 'Damn, everywhere we go, we together all the time.' Eventually, that's going to get a little boring. You just don't want to see muthafuckas every day. So they got separate lives now. Andre got his own equipment, Big Boi got his own equipment, and DJ got his own equipment."

"3000 is raw; that's why we fuck with him. But Big, he's tangible…he's touchable. Like Dre, you can't touch him, you can't get to him. With Big, it's almost like he's the people's champ. But what's raw about Dre is, he can turn down a $10 million tour—where Big Boi can't. Him and Dre stand side-by-side. Tide wanted to do a commercial using the song, and then Dre didn't want to be on the song. And I actually respect Dre for not falling for the money. I mean, Big had money, so it wasn't like he was tripping."

This was dope, didnt know they were behind Waterfalls. Their "fall off" was rather dry but it came with the times. I could see how they could make a come back now.

It was funny when Rico Wade said I could of beat all of them out of their publishing like Puffy & Puffy's in the film giving them props.

I didn't know Diddy directed the video for Playas Ball...

That's Joi... Big Gipp's ex-wife...

Good doc... got a little slow toward the end...

Got dry towards the end because tbh it wasn't much of a story. Organized Noise should of pushed for more of a Dungeon Family story. I wouldve liked to hear about Khujo, Cool Breeze, & Big Rube.

Yea, they didn't touch on a lot of stuff but that's probably a conscience decision by the filmmakers to keep the focus on these three guys...

A Dungeon Family doc is long overdue, though...

No... a movie...

Yeah I remember seeing an interview saying Andre is wearing Diddys chain in the video because Diddy asked him to

Never knew Rico Wade felt that hurt by Outkast..it's understandable though they're family no Organized Noise no Outkast...I wonder what Big Boi and Andre think about what he said.
