which is why my recent eating habits, and working out habits have changed dramatically....

when i did that alternate day fasting last year, it fucked with my metabolism, and sent my shit way up, and my body began dumping glucose or whatever....nigga dropped from 280 to 220 in less that 4 weeks, with no exercise....... thought i was bout to die....

so i just cut all starches and added sugars outta my diet...heavy on vegetables, oatmeal, and proteins....after a few months i started drinking beer again, but in extreme moderation, and almost only light beer....and i've been hitting the gym fairly regularly...(needa get back on that)

prolly drink 2 gallons of water a day....haven't had a soda in over 6 months....my weight stabilized at 240-245, and i've been here steadily since about june...lifestyle changes
