I don't worry about money. I grew up poor. So I used to draw what I wanted as a kid. Its how I became a good artist.

Once I became able to get my own money. I spent recklessly on the things that I thought brought joy. Cause of others looking like those things brought them joy.

Then I realized that those things didn't bring me joy. Then I realize that those things didn't bring them joy. It was the newness of it that brought them joy.

The freshness, the status. The things that they thought they wanted, were actually supplements for other things that they longed for.

Meaning, importance, direction, love, adoration. So I searched for those things within myself. What do those things mean to me? What would make me feel those things in a lasting way.

In a way that isnt limited by the freshness of something new that money can buy. Once I found those things. Money became only important towards survival, and menial things.

I have enough money to survive, and by toys for my kids or little trinkets for entertainment. So pieces of paper hold no emotional value to me.

Its just a means, not a way of life. Aight, I'm doing being an adult. Apply the feelings.
