I wanna get rid of these bags under my eyes and I heard roc has great products so I'll check them out.

I don't get to wear eye makeup much because of my glasses but sometimes I wear contacts and I don't always wanna have the permanently high look, lol

You can do cute eyeliner and mascara with glasses. Maybe change your frame shape.

But def do brows. I love brows.
