Depends on the flavour, also you can mix your own liquor in the base. Try the mint flavour with Ciroc and ice cubes for a nice buzz.

Hookah's are generally filled with Sheesha. A middle eastern tobacco with flavored syrup all over it. Its just a water pipe that filters the tobacco smoke to make it smooth, and all you get is the flavor from the syrup mainly.

Some people mix in weed with their sheesha though. I think sheesha is the way its spelled. If not just pronounce sheesha and thats how the word im trying to spell is pronounced.
