im work in the insurance industry, this building is so expensive to insure

Insurance is such a jux man. Needed to get my roof replaced, called the insurance company about it. They sent out an investigator, homie came through and looked at it. Told us it's a good chance they say yeah.

We got a response that homie told them that it was good for a another year or so. Then they increased the insurance by $50 dollars a month. Just off the strength of having them look at it to see if they would cover the replacement.

So we paid straight out of pocket for the roof replacement, these mufuckas sent us a check for $23 dollars for doing it ourself.

My wife gets on the phone and tells them, so y'all gone charge us 50 dollars extra a month for someone to come out and tell us no. They go yep. Shits such a overwhelming scam b.

Similar thing happened to me inspector came out and was saying you could replace shingles got on the phone griped about how the rest of the neighborhood hat new roof and didn't think they wanted me to tell em my insurance company to cheap to replace it. Needless to say we got a new roof.

cosign...ya'll seen when my ceiling in the attic fell in.....around the same time the floor in the hallway started buckling....they didnt pay for none of that shit...said it was an existing problem that grew worse over time

nigga my ceiling was up this morning....i played gta in here.....now its on the floor.....I CAN SEE OUTSIDE lmao

I do commercial and corporate insurance. Way different and better than personal lines. First mistake was calling the insurance company dor an estimate. Shoula just called a contractor and have them do estimates.
