The Cubs parade will give the Sox of 04 parade a run for their money, the second biggest parade of all time is the Blackhawks 2013 Stanley cup parade at 2 million they gonna crush that I think, the parade was cool but there was nothing like how the streets were after beating the Yankees, we'll never see nothing like that again you couldn't write it up better than how it went down that day

Do black MLB Chicago fans fuck with the Cubs? I mean all week they kept saying this will be the first championship for Chicago, the city not the team, in 70 years, but didn't the white Sox win in 2005? I don't remember it being this hype for them and they hadn't won in like a 100 years at the time.

Yes I'm black,an mlb head and been a cubs fan since I was a shorty and I personally know several black folks who are cubs fans in chicago and the white sox are a forgettable franchise people forgot they won in 2005 that's bad reporting by national outlets

and the cubs are a way more popular/liked etc than the white sox that's why

So basically the CUBS are like the Yankees/NY Giants and the White Sox are the Mets/Jets in Chicago terms of popularity.

Almora can replace fowler as cf he's the 2nd best outfield defender on the team, but he definitely aint a lead off hitter.Cubs need some one who can draw walks,have a good eye and get on base with contact.All things fowler did almora is like baez 2.0 at the plate
