Aye Cubs fans congrats, but quick question?????

Do black MLB Chicago fans fuck with the Cubs? I mean all week they kept saying this will be the first championship for Chicago, the city not the team, in 70 years, but didn't the white Sox win in 2005? I don't remember it being this hype for them and they hadn't won in like a 100 years at the time.

That fool almost BLEW THE WORLD SERIES.He took out hendricks(who was in a groove) backfired,brought in lester(after saying he would not bring him in with traffic) immediately backfired,brought chapman for the 3rd straight game to pitch multiple innings backfired,had baez try to sac bunt on a 3-2 count when all he had to do was make contact(and had a good patient ab) backfired.I was on 10 man,the cubs were cruising I was countin down outs then chapman who was clearly gassed gives up a 2 run game tying hr 4 outs away.That game was epic

fox did a shitty job televising this series

so many missed pitches and weird ass camera angles

but they did a great job capturing the moment yesterday

those shots of cubs and cleveland fans were great

they all looked so miserable

this is why baseball is the best

the drama

theres no clock

so you dont know when it will end

but when it does

its abrupt

and definite

i dont know when was the last time a game had almost unfathomably high expectations in terms of anticipation and not only reached those expectations but probably exceeded them -- that was a game for the ages -- whichever championship drought was ending -- thats the way it deserved to end -- with a pulse pounding drama filled extra innings classic

that game had everything

solid pitching at times

head scratching managerial decisions

bats coming alive

a dramatic comeback

a thrilling game tying home run

and concluding with the winning run at the plate

ive always felt that the best world series game 7 ever was in 2001 but last night might have eclipsed that game

I was in shock,I didn't panic cuz I knew kluber was out,miller and allen were out.If the cubs could maintain they woulda scored on one of their pitchers.I've never in life went from pending jubilation to despair so quick

Edwards had a chance to be the goat but after he got 2 outs you can clearly see he was too hyped and immediately lost command.
