Verlander was giving the Yankees that work today tho. It felt like he struck out more than 13 when they showed his line after the game while he was being interviewed.

i guess i am a casual fan and i loved baseball growing up but i don't know any of the players. that's a marketing problem by mlb. mlb is more popular regionally than nationally now.

but i know my sports, i know which players have that "it" and verlander has that.
