How do you choose the part of the video you want to use for the gif?

I don't know how peagle does it, but I have a video converter where when I rip em off youtube I convert only the time I'm using.

You could load the vid into and delete the frames you don't want.

If you use windows you can open the video file in windows movie maker and cut the clip to what you want, save it as an avi, then put it into ulead.

Or if you're on a Mac you can use quicktime to cut the part you want out.

when you go to open video, click the video then click duration, then click open and just type in the minutes or seconds of the clip you want
