I remember this got leaked sometime in late May because I was listening to Fireworks ( the one with Alicia Keys on the chorus) while I was heading to my college graduation. Great memories when this album came out but defintely wasnt better than So Far Gone. Alot of strong features here but only Light It Up, Miss Me, Shut It Down & Up All Night was my favorite tracks

Yo honestly I've never heard this album. I've heard take care, which wasn't bad. After I heard NWTS. I vowed to never listen to this nigga ever again. When I heard he had a track called wu tang forever I thought this nigga might of had something. Boy was I wrong.

I didn't even bother with the last shit he dropped.

But when I heard Over I thought it might be worth a listen/cop.

Till he dropped find your love. God I hated that song. Fancy was cool lights up was cool. But those the only joints I really remember from the album.

So I ask is it worth a listen five years later?

Listened to this album the other day.

definitely his worst album. Its only a handful of songs I would listen to on a regular basis.

Drake has for sure gotten better as a rapper.

As someone earlier said, def his worst project and sounds like it came out fifteen years ago, not five. He also sounds wayyy softer than he does today. When you compare thank me later to if you're reading this....you can definitely see how he changed and grew as an emcee, which is admirable, because most rappers are demonstrably worse on their fourth album/fifth year in the spotlight.

I like all of Drakes projects I wouldn't call Thank Me Later wack. I think the expectation was high coming off of So Far Gone and it didn't quite meet that level but it still was a good album. As far as Drake albums go I'd rank Thank Me Later as his second weakest project after NWTS.
