Responding to international criticism that its initial donation of $20,000 was insufficient,....

I guess what makes this ironic is the criticism given to thailand for not donating more. WTF They really don't have to donate anything, yet they do and there is criticsm about it? What kind of convoluted people assume that there is a minimum to providing aid that ISN'T mandatory. SMH at everyone focusing on the color issue and not the REAL BS at hand... even though I think the color issue is funny and sad at the same time.
