That was clearly someone who didn't really wanna do it but she kept pushing the matter. Will be interesting to see how this plays out considering some of the things people say to those considering committing that.
 
This case isn't going to go far. A person in this situation cannot be held responsible for what they inspire someone to do. It was more his fault for listening to girl.

Gotta agree with this. Did she physically force the dude to do it ? Nope.Was it even originally her idea (not that it should matter) ? Nope.
 
she even set up a charity fund in his name after she encouraged him to commit that and kept all the proceeds. she wanted him to die so she could profit from it

They gonna jam her up with cyber bullying and that's how they gonna win this case. It's such a broad stroke of the brush that they can pin her under a statute.
