Yeah I remember thsi sh*t. I bought that album back in '96 off the strength of this joint. I spinned that for a while. It's a shame they fell off though. Didn't they have a beef with MOP though back then. I remember them sending subliminals back and forth back then...

They were actually cool with M.O.P. and shout them out in the next line, who they had problems with was Big Daddy Kane and his brother Lil Daddy Shane who around the same time was trying to use the two brothers gimmick. The last line is this song was a shot to them both.
