One of the best =/= GOAT or even Top 10. He could be Top 20-50 and still be "one of the best". I don't see how anyone could look at T.I.'s career and not consider him as one of the best. How many MC's have come and gone in Hip Hop? T.I. has been relevant since 2003 and is still relevant in 2013. There's a lot of rappers who exploded on the scene who were burnt out by year five (if not less). Up until No Mercy, T.I.'s star rose with each album.

People wanna say he's a mediocre lyricist? T.I. has held his own with legends like Nas and Ice Cube (on the same track) and Jay Z.

Influence? Look no further than the whole "trap" sensation.
