Welp, I was gonna say spidey after being indirectly to blame for his (pops damn near) uncle being killed, his aunt (basically his moms) constantly being sick, his asshole boss' pops and one of his main villains 'doc ock' smashed his aunt, his first loved got murked in front of him by his best friends father, and his fire crotch soul mate and him just can't seem to make it......but after reading daredevils problems, I think Spiderman will just have to suck it up.

Batman the only character who's parents and his kid is dead - that's 100% of his blood relations.
Jean-Paul Valley and *Jason Todd also died. He also had Harold the loyal mechanic, who was killed by Hush.

Damn. Daredevil has a fucked up life.
The Hulk is a contender, too.
Bruce Banner was an abused child.
His mother was murdered in front of him.
Accidentally killed his father and repressed the memory of it for years.
He transforms into a raging monster when he gets agitated, and usually has no control over it.
Usually has no memory of what he's done as the Hulk.
The people closest to him have either been killed or turned into monsters themselves because of him.
He literally had hundreds of Hulk personalites in his head.

TBH I would say that Banner has had it worse.
But the thing with the Daredevil is that for about 15 years(?), DD's book was depressing as FUCK. Starting with Kevin Smith all the way to Andy Diggle, every DD story arc ended in some crazy Pyrrhic victory where Matts life would be saved yet somehow more fucked up than when the story arc started. Also doesn't help that David Mack and Alex Maleev were the definitive artists on DD's book around this time and they're not exactly known for their bright and sunny art styles.

also his ex bosses wife(j Jonah jameson) gets killed because of him and he has to attend her funeral as his alter ego.

Hulk Smash!, he lost his wife on a planet he finally called home, he was the king and he lost her and the planet. Betty Ross his wife came back transformed to Red She Hulk and basically said I don't want shit to do with you.

Yo when the rumors was swirling that They DC was going to kill Damien, I was like naw they ain't going to kill his only known Alive blood relative, his only son. They are not going to do it, if there's a God they not going to do it.
SMH they did it, I was like damn how much shit they going to put Batman in, and the cold shit after everything that happened Batman ain't brake.

I personally think DC killing Damian was Grant Morrison putting all of his toys back in the toybox now that he was done with them.
But given that Damian seems to possibly be coming back....I could be wrong...
