Thats so hard to guess. Cuz Louis could go either way...he has legitamate beef with both Jessica/Harvey & Hardman.

And I agree with you about Rachel & Mike.....2 big life events they shared with eac other. If she didn't care about him she wouldn't have even came to the apartment in person to tell him about his grandmother passing. By the end of the season he'll tell her the truth about Harvard...and she'll promise not to tell anyone. Thing is though they're probably going to have to hide that they're together (or at least that Rachel knows he dont have a law degree) from Harvey & everyone else next season.

I think some major play happens to delay the vote until season 3, or that something is big enough to make the vote irrelevant.

Maybe Hardman announces a split, or decides to use some dirt on Harvey as leverage.

I will be pissed if they do that but you are right, I could see this being the cliff hanger

 
I'd say the cliffhanger becomes something between Rachel and Mike like the secret being told but not in an obvious way. Or Hardman gets booted because of Harvey. Only for the firm to be renamed Pearson/Spector. Idk.
