The movie version. Is that the one where

The dad had his family in the truck at the very end of the movie and the fog gets closer and closer to them and eventually engulfs them so he kills his family with the last of his bullets and waits for the monsters to come and kill him but the noises he hears is actually the military coming to save the day? but he already killed his fam.

That shit was fucked up

And to add even more salt to the wound

The chick (she plays Carol in TWD) who left to go back home, and everyone thought she was gonna end up dead, ended up alive and well wit her child riding wit the military. Ether

Damn I forgot all about that ending, that shit was GOAT!

Yeah that ending was all kinds of fucked up.

Ollie killed that religious nut. She was like "Expiation, kill the whore". Man she was crazy as shit.

I clapped when she got popped bitch was annoying and made the situation worse

The movie was super creative and delved into what would happen when fear causes neighbors to be enemies. That idyllic white community broke down after a weekend. Gave u a glimpse of how fear and religious ideology can fuck people up in the wrong situation. GOAT movie

I thought this was the movie with the giant insects and dinosaurs and shit from another dimension in the mist?

You're prolly thinking of Dreamcatcher with Morgan Freeman, but yeah it was also based on a book by Stephen King.

Maaaaannnn the part in that scene that'll make your skin crawl, was the black soilder who was hanging on the web shaking, falls face down on the floor, and hundreds of those slider creatures burst outta his back...FUUUUUUCCCCKKK!!!!

That s*** gives me the heebie jeebies just thinkin about it.

Frank Darabont had everything to do with how dope the movie adaptation was and that trill ass ending.

Tough act to follow.

Kinda like the Kubrick version of "The Shining" vs the made for TV version.

I'ma still give it a shot though.

Yo, this shit is awful, and I wanted it to be good.

It has some of the worst character interactions I've ever seen, are these people even human?
