Grilling and deep frying are two things I really haven't gotten into yet...Also makin soups and stews...But I definitely wanna get nice at those...

here go a bowl of gumbo i made.. this was only my second time makin it.. i gotta work out a few kinks to kill my aunts'.. but shit is bomb.. i put more shit into mines..

pounds ok King Crab.. Snow Crab clusters.. lbs of 18 count Shrimp.. dice lobster tails.. turkey sausage.. roux off the chain.. scallops.. and some more shit..

I cook... nothing spectacular though ..... but I hate cooking

plus I've been on this healthy grind to reduce my blood pressure so nothing processed little salt but it makes most of my food taste bland .... on top of that ... I stopped drinking milk and eating cheese

I eat a lot of warm salads :-/

I feel like everything that taste good to me is ultimately unhealthy

My little brother loves cooking so much we been trying to get him to enroll in culinary school. Since he was a kid he's loved cooking. It's one of the few things he can actually do right in life
