Those aren't the same thing at all. There is a difference between saying that it's stupid to destroy the stores, facilities, infrastructure, etc... that provide services to your community and saying it's stupid to kill each other over land that's not yours. Regardless of whether you own it or not, if you only access to one convenience store in your area at which you can easily get shit when you need it, it's probably not a good idea to ransack it to the point that its unusable in the future.

They'll go out of business and the building will still be there for a black person to take over, if one can do that.
