he's just a class act. he's the boys 2 men to trey, the dream etc's jodeci.
and l LOOOOVED jodeci but in hindsight i see why they were the bigger success as a group.

Beautiful monster did not initially get my vote, but every time I hear it it's stuck in my head for hours. I think its catchiness will make it a grower like "closer" was. But this single here is certified

Yeah. Its like every male R&B act wants to prove that they can be tough guys. Ne Yo knows what he's supposed to be doing and who he is making songs for.

I wasn't much of a Ne Yo fan before his last album. That shit was dope. Beautiful Monster is ok but I like this song here.

I agree 100%. He's definitely a better writer & vocalist than any of the names you listed. They, with the exception of The Dream (negro makes me think of truck drivers when I see him) all beat Neyo in appeal though, but who I could care less about that.

Ne-yo is an incredible songwriter. Too bad a lot of the songs he writes for other artists, most people don't even know he wrote. I was listening to the radio the other day, some dude was singing a Ne-yo track. Have no clue who the artist was... but I had the demo from Ne-yo for at least a year now. I also heard a song that Toni Braxton has from Ne-yo and Fantasia's new song was written by Ne-yo as well.
