As diehard Tar Heel fan this shit killed me bruh. Dude was my favorite player on that 05 N'atl Champ team. As was said above I'm not surprised it's him though. During Roy's tenure at UNC he's the 1 player that he never developed a positive relationship w/.

May & Handbrough love him. Lawson, Felton, Ellington, among others have sung high praises for Roy, but McCants has taken shots at him since he's left UNC. Roy's comments about his attitude problems in college affected his draft status/position & painted an unsavory picture that followed him throughout the league & is partially the reason for his short lived career according to him.

While many of the former Tar Heel stars (Jamison, Carter, Stackhouse, Wallace, Felton, Hansbrough, Williams) usually return to Chapel Hill in the summer & play pick up games w/ the current team he's the one notable player I've hardly ever heard about coming back to campus. He apparently has a book about his time in college coming out soon as well.

no fucks given for the tar heels hope the NCAA takes action. my hungry huskies got banned for a year for some made up apr bullshit rule the summer after we won the title which was regressive and clapped our program for that 1 year ban. Now a second academic fraud against a major basketball and legit football school that won a national title in basketball during this bullshit fake class shit should be hit just as hard as we got hit if not worse. Everybody's doing it but the NCAA be randomly punishing schools.
