Okay, a few things...Long post...sorry...

The Galindo being CIA backed was a HORRIBLE cop out by the writers. I expected something bigger than that. Or at least round up everyone and arrest them and have the Galindo cartel flash their CIA muscle and ruin the rico case that way. But I definitely didn't expect them to make this ay "hey Potter pack your shit and go home" type of thing without some sort of pretty decent size conclusion. But the way he was carrying the box away was funny. Glad he shit on Hale though.

The whole Juice thing, stupid as fuck. You're telling me all that shit that he went through and we had to watch culminated into absolutely nothing?

Opie not coming to the table was a bit of a surprise but I think they might just be leaving the conclusion to that story for next season with him and Jax making up. But I think they made Jax look even more bitchmade when he couldn't tell Opie what was going on but told his wife. The fuck? This dude just lost his dad behind Clay and you're gonna tell him he can't kill him and not even give an explanation as to what he changed EVERYTHING for? Come on Opie is supposed to be this dudes best friend and most trusted brother in the club and this fool Jax treats him like he can't trust him for shit.

Gemma and Tara...at the end that wasn't a "fuck that bitch" look or a jealousy look or anything. I think that was Gemma realizing the similarities between herself and Tara while also realizing a new era has began.

Also I said before killing Clay wouldn't do justice for the series but Clay up til this point has always had his own way of getting out of shit and being devious doing it. This time he was just meh. I think there should've been a better dialogue from Clay during him and Jax's scene. Also I don't know if ya'll seen it but after he was stripped of his patch he was lookin like a hurt ass old man on some serious shit.

But all in all this season finale was pretty disappointing. I expected a grand finale and we got a bunch of shit that should've happened last episode or earlier in the season. But with this Laroy beef that is going to be the main focus of the season. But LOL @ us speculating about Potter and they just let this dude leave in the most undramatic fashion they could've written in for him.

I c/s the above. A little dissapointed. Last season's ending was amazing. Maybe my hopes were too high, it just seemed very underwehlming.

That shit cracked me up...Potter had just given that real emotional speech and had all the cops ready to Rodney King a mofo.....then the Galindo's come through like "Yo Potter, kick rocks nigga" He just had to pack his shit and go...LOL

Yeah definitely...But I don't think anyone had their hopes too high. I think had they ended things the correct way and actually gave conclusions to situations rather than a very generic "okay we're done" approach to all of it then it would've been fine. But remember they ADDED this episode hella late and probably changed a bunch of shit in the final moments just to appeal to the new fans and the fans that want the show to extend. Lets be honest...It would've been a shit load of people pissed if Clay died I just think they might have figured out that a lot of folks didn't want to see Clay or Juice go so they're trying to please too many people.

Yeah that shit was like a father coming down stairs at 3am christmas morning to tell his son to take his ass to bed cause there ain't no real santa. Breakin hearts round this bitch.

as weak as the finale was, I think there are some great storylines brewing for the next season. and never realized Opie played Gary Bertier in remember the titans

its also kinda odd that the CIA, who pretty much knows everything, didn't even know that the FBI was investigating all the crews. and why they would choose to kidnap Tara, in broad daylight. at a public place. then they said they'd "debrief her" on everything. wtf. really?

Those "CIA" cartel dudes are playing both sides.

All those people they killed...getting ready to take out Laroy and all the niners.

I'm starting to think that CIA angle was a last minute script change because they've definitely crossed the line from being just agents.

Then again, we are talking about the CIA so.....

18492.gif

they said it was wrote into the script from the begininng and that they always had clues to that hinted they weren't true cartel. I haven't gone back and looked but i think their insistance on carrying out the Tara hit and actually refunding the money just to keep Clay from doing it himself was a hint that something was afoul. but nonetheless, it was weak 'out' for the show. the whole season was built around RICO and the FBI and then in the very last episode, it was all for nothing? shit pissed me off when they pulled up to Potter's spot. i already knew what it was. and now, as far as we know it there is really no law enforcement heat on the sons, outisde of Eil. I'm sure something will eventually develop, but for now it seems like the club has a clean slate in the laws eyes, they just have their own family matters and rival gang issues to worry about.

wouldn't be surprised if Eli developed a better relationship w/ SAMCRO. not necessarily like Uncer. nowhere near that degree, but something more personable than just 'me vs. you'

i doubt he wants all that Oakland shit spilling over into his town

i didn't understand that at all. If he's gonna rebuild that trust with Opie and wants him to be his right hand man how do you not tell him what's going on. didn't he just see how clay alienated Tig by doing the same shit.

and the ting about Juice is that it's a small as town somebody is gonna talk about him snitching.

And why haven't they got a word from or about Bobby

and this is opie hard to tell with all that facial hair

Jax has to protect the club. The CIA made it clear that if he tells anyone then they are finished. Rebuilding trust with Opie is important, but it's not the absolute top priority that he has. The threat of losing Opie is not as damaging as Romeos threat

true but I don't see how him telling op would do any harm. it's just like telling Tara.

yeah, i dont know. it seems he's tried to tell Tara the truth about what he does and he kinda had to put that out there so he could explain why it was he couldn't leave. I don't think he's always made that attempt with Opie or the other members. thats the only explanation i can come up with

Opie is not a real stable guy. Jax not telling him the truth was smart.

true. but i just believe the reason he didn't tell him was because of what the CIA said about not telling anyone. I know he told tara, but i dont think he intends on telling anyone from the club. at least not yet

That shit threw me when I found out about it too.

Almost as much as when I first realized Avon (Wood Harris) played Julius Campbell in that movie.

Man. First time I saw Opie and Avon both I was like "hhhaayyy they were in remember the titans!"
