I feel what's being said...shit I have about 6 or 7 riding music play lists on my ipod...there's certain shit that just sounds better when you're riding around...certain songs just make being on the road that much better of an experience..a song like Big Krit's "Moon & Stars" riding around at night can make the song seem that much better...
But there's also certain songs that sound better when you can listen them with head phones on and you can really hear the music...hear the intricacy of the beat and focus more on what the artist is saying

Freddie Gibbs' "Cold Day In Hell" passed both the whip test and headphone test for me. That's the reason I was listening to it so much... on the way to campus and on campus. I got a standard '04 Malibu though, still sounds good to me. Bass heavy, especially on the KRIT produced track. I don't even have to speak on his albums though.. lol.
