i dont think gucci has to step his lyrical game up, maybe a little bit but not too much.

otherwise he might lose his fanbase. i like his music how it is, it's entertaining and fun.

This......

maybe his fanbase just wants 'simple' trapmusic, no hidden meanings, just some trapper flowin on a fire beat

down south "lyrical" and the rest of rap music's "lyrical" are 2 different things. I once heard a louisiana nigga say Chamillionaire was more lyrical than canibus.

Most of Gucci Mane's fans (all of them) are crack babies and/or retards. All he has to do is say some big words,throw a few similies around and their going to think he's the Albert Einstien of hip-hop. It doesn't take much to impress dumb people.

* insert he's a hater gucci gif*

and how many NY rappers are "in the projects all day" while "on tour making millions" at the same time "flooding the whole up north w/ coke"....down south rappers have a formula just like NY rappers had a formula when they were on top...and to answer the question yeah Gucci's verses have actually gotten a little better since he's been in the spotlight...he's still garbage but I can't lie I've heard about 3 or 4 actual good verses from him over the past year lol

Name 3 NY rappers that claim to be "in the projects all day". You can't.

Yea, his album impressed me, I was shocked. He actually was spittin on Classical, and My worst enemy and his flow was on point. I like how he switched up his flow for each verse on Lemonade.

He's a wack lyricists yes, but he knows how to make hits and pick beats. Not every lyricists can make a hit, and not every garbage lyricist has no talent.
