My whole thing with nudity tho is that we should aim to try and control the content/level of nudity that flows - that's why I'm down for using the spoiler code to post nudity. We'll never be able to stop people from posting it and when you factor in things like exposures, celebrity sextapes/phone nudes you can't really stop it. So far posters have been good not posting it and some ppl in the Ill Pix are using the spoiler code (which is dope). At least w/ the spoiler code we can control it which it turn can make our tasks easier.

When you and Hrap first became mods I gave you guys props and congratulated yall. I worked with you and never had a personal issue w/ you guys.

What upset me on the whole matter is when last month you guys started throwing your weight around on posters, embarrassing them, editing posts, burying their posts, banning for "reaction abuse" (when you guys were doing the same) & personal squabbles, etc. I told yall I'm not for the bullshit. At first I chilled but when I looked into the matter and saw the evidence before me and poster complaints I knew something was up. I told you in PMs to apologize to cats or to make amends, you chose to do none of those things. I wanted to bring this issue to Jay a while back but chilled cuz I feared Jay might think it's personal - when that's not the case. I think you guys are good posters and make dope threads but I think you guys make bad mods. If you don't get demodded then I strongly believe Hrap should be and no I'm not hating on you guys or nothing like that. I love the IC and AHH and I want to see it grow and thrive into being the best urban social media site EVER, but I think you guys hinder that progress and let the power of being a mod get to your heads.

Just say it you don't like the idea of a vote because you know you messed up in the past and don't want to take responsibility for it or if we up and decide to come together and vote against yall b/c of that. It isn't a secret any more and that's what I think you've been alluding to. And I dislike how you're trying to throw Jamel or Du under a bus saying they're trying to be down with Ducky or JG when you know dayum well none of us have NEVER been down with them niggas ever. the forums i hated....the mods were some bitches......espn sucked because of the mods...reason why there are so many boxing forums, because everyone starts on espn...but they soon leave to find a forum started by other posters who left espn....fans of anything just want a place to speak freely

I like the word games but I asked multiple posters to remove inappropriate flags based on the flags not matching the criteria from all people they improperly flagged. Jay said chill on the bannign the warning system came into play and I have used that ever since for people. No need to actually ban when they just need a break from tripping outIronically some of the same posters that PM'd me about inaccurate flags on their accounts had to also be asked to remove them and again the warning system was used on all involved that did not cooperate.

Making the same thread over and over huh I have locked very few threads since being here most I have either merged or split or just moved to the appropriate forum if they are offtopic for the forum they are in. Unlike the accusations facts show I am not about censoring by deleting or locking topics I rather let the posters who take some shit offtopic still have their say but split it from the original topics so those actually chopping it up, building and conversing in a thread can continue to do so without having to make a new thread. We were given the ability to split and merge threads so we do not have to act as censors on things just because we do not agree or like the posts only when it has went off course or the shit becomes a bunch of uncontrolled attacks and trolling.

the example of making threads is something again addressed by that same warnign you give them after so many warning they lose teh ability to make threads so do not always need a ban as they get a chill time you can set based on the warning system we now have in place. I think you in particualr just do not realize the abilites of teh system that has been put in place. From the way I read and understood Toddo's request teh ability to ban should be used only in extreme circumstance for the cases of abuse and posters just needing to chill or be slowed down the warning system can effectively curb most issues when utilized properly.

Only scenerio based on your criteria I can see needing a vote would be after coming back from warning breaks statuses if the same behaviour continued. Which as far as I have seen since using warning system has not happened yet as most posters do not have that type of attention span. The truly dedicated to causing havok just hide their IP's and come back witha new alias anyways regardless of what is done to them, most posters comeback after the warning periods and chill again...

My favorite forums I am still members of jsut do not posts as much these days or they were hack attacked and the forums shut down because the owners were done with it like HipHop DX and raptalk.net for example of sites killed by hack attacks and constant disrespect. Others like Siccness.net I am still friends with some of the MODs offline and name artists(Killa tay, various Dungeon fam, C-bo, Yukmouth, Tyga for example) and their teams post in the forums there because those MOD's do not let fuckery pop off and when they do post they get shown respect.

A while back I was trying to get Dru Down to chop up a article for the forum my homies were trying to hook me up they had just did a show with him a few weeks before, but the brakes were put on once I told them where it would be posted at. This site sadly has fallen off due in large part to the Donkey movement and no respect being shown for any threads.

It is one thing to have threads critical of artists it is another thing to have just about every thread be nothing but hate and derailment in the main forums if it is about a artist someone does not like or from a region they do not feel. NOt all sites are like that and many posters that constantly spit game left because of it, shit they were still trying to talk me into going to the others sites they went to before the last hack attack. I stay here because I love what this site/forum can and did represent to HipHop culture.

Legitmately and the posts prove it there are roughly 9 of you posters mods included who have issue with me and are extremely active in showing that issue while, there are dozen's upon dozen's of posters who have none and actively participate in the threads I heavily Moderate. I can literly name 4 posters for every 1 of you with issues with me that are happy with the moves I make and have said so even after getting put on blast or receiving warnings from me because they know I do the same to everyone and they feel what I rep.

If you look at my threads that I show interest in protecting from fuck shit more new and regular posters continually post in them why do you think that is? Sure you 9 may avoid them but they get 1000's of views and 100's of different posters stay happy posting and building because they are fuckery free like the old days of the Reason or Social Lounge even. Most of the threads I see you kats in have the same people doing the same shit and it is redundant and stagnant so I stay out of them as that is not why I came to this site. So hate me for what I do but be honest at least in doing so the facts do not lie its you posters that do...
