1. Overt racism or sabotaging (if cats from another site try and sabotage the IC)

2. Spambots & Spam threads - if it's a known poster the first time will warrant a warning, (which ever level I leave in the hands and judgement of you guys) the 2nd time a ban but zero tolerance for spam bots)

3. People trying to hack the site, if we have advanced knowledge of it, we should clip them OR bring the matter to all the mods

4. Severe harassment, for ex. if Kat makes a thread and a nigga goes in there and goes out of their way to disparage the poster, harassing them to the point where they gotta worry about their actual security (the possibility of being hacked) then they deserve the axe. HOWEVER, I don't believe that "trolling" if it hurts someone's feelings or a disagreement in opinion should warrant a ban (and if a mod dare ban or "punish" a poster out of personal spite then that mod should be dealt accordingly....)

5. Openly posted nudity that is distasteful or depicts homosexuality, beastiality, transexuality, children, rape or anything extremely derogative.

6. Links to retail/illegally downloaded movies posted in threads (not sure if we should have the same rule for retail albums tho cuz nowadays it seems rappers are just giving away their albums for free *shrugs*)

7. I guess rule #7 should be an automatic ban if we find out JG/Ducky create aliases and post *shrugs*

If we are supposed to be non biased in punishment we also should not be turning a blind eye because we do not or do like a poster. Well as Thulsa stated in the thread title I believe the list is for offences that should carry a zero tolerance rule unless where stated. As for Mod punishment idea, feel free to come up with a list of stuff, that'd be dope. I'd suggest that if a mod abuses their power there should be consequences, I think it's fair that mods be punished if they abuse their powers just as posters can be if they mess up *shrugs* . It's incredibly unfair to posters who end up on the receiving end, and there are mods who have done this. Consequences for mods would apply to EVERY MOD if they break the rules and in spite of recent events it doesn't seem like a bad idea to me.

I don't care who started it or what so and so did, if a mod abuses their powers for personal gain in a means to disrespect, humiliate or out of personal disagreement then there should be consequences.
