ok right...

We are talking about rapes!.... RAPE... Sex with someone without their consent.
your scenerio is based on a women who has made the choice to "have sex with a man" even though shes attracted to women.
I never said she "made the choice" to have sex with a man, I sad she had sex with a man. I was referring to a raped lesbian in my example, but the fact is that without consenting, sex between her and a man still occurred; so the statement still stands. You yourself even acknowledge that "rape" is "sex with someone", so it is no leap of reasoning to say that non-consensual sex is still a form of sex.

So it persists that: "If she has had sex with and/or attraction to women in the past, and then she has sex with a man, she is bisexual".

Your..... right.... those are terrible analogies to the original premise.... terrible lol

lol @ someone not wanting to sex a bus full a dudes but still consenting!
smh @ sexing an infant in general
lol@ making the personal choice to have gay sex... and not want to be seen as gay
...I dont even understand the manslaughter one... that doesnt make any sense or correlate in anyway to being forcefully raped by a gang of thugs against your will... and still considering yourself .. not ghey.
You've misread, I neither said the "virgin" nor the gay man consented to having sex, both were raped. I did this to show the flaw in your reasoning.

By your reasoning: If someone doesn't want something to occur to them, yet it occurs, then they are immune to the effects/outcome of that occurrence.

Using the previous examples, explained with your reasoning:
If a man doesn't want to get his ass whooped in as fight, yet someone whoops that ass, then he is immune to the fact that getting his ass whooped makes him the loser of the fight.
If a chick doesn't want to have sex with a team/bus of niggas, yet they force her to have sex with them, then she is immune to the fact that having sex ends her period of "virginity".
If a man doesn't want to get caught having sex with an infant, yet he gets caught having sex with that infant, then he is immune to the fact that he is considered a "sex offender" for being caught having sex with an infant.
If a man doesn't want to have sex with men, yet the men force him to have sex with them, then he is immune to the fact that having sex with other males makes him a homosexual/bisexual.
If a woman doesn't want to run over an old man, yet she runs over an old man, then she is immune to the fact running over the old man makes her a manslaughterer (albeit an involuntary one).

Each example involves a lack of consent/desire for something to occur leading to false alleviation of consequences (highlighted in red).
