Well, in his own book, Obama says that he joined a church simply for Chicago politics reasons and that his mother did NOT raise him to be religious. He only met his dad once and learned nothing from him.

So Obama's not a religious guy, in my opinion. He might be an atheist, but he's not foolish enough to admit that before re-election.
