It's always debatable with fans....but ask the artist if UGK are legends...never heard anyone speak negatively about UGK....there's a reason for that...respected on all coast...whether your a fan of their music or not...I'm from Texas so I guess I'm a little biased....overrated? I don't see how UGK are local when just about the entire south respects them. A local rapper is a rapper that didn't make it out of his city or even state.
