really? Yeah he made some pop songs, but Mase was far from a bad rapper.
I'm not really surprised by the people suggesting his early work. I remember Pull It with DMX was my joint for a minute.
I'll give Purple Haze a listen since that's one of his more recent releases. I just hope "you gotta listen" isn't code for "he says a whole world of nothing, but every once in a while, if you listen real close with the bass low and the volume up high, you might could catch one hot line per song."
