i never got the 'slave movies are overplayed' argument, never will. How the fuck is TWO MOVIES "overplayed". Hollywood refused to do them for the longest, to the point where only foreign filmmakers would touch shit like Goodbye Uncle Tom, then Django and 12 years drop and suddenly niggas complain as if Hollywood is pumping out slave flicks every week like they romantic comedies.
