I tend to agree here. Somewhat similar to 50's scenario. He has gone global with so many other business ventures now, and doing extremely well, but rap wise I don't ever hear anyone checking for a Snoop track whether he the Dogg or Lion.

Most likely with the Star situation, Snoop may bring out a diss track, or few lines in a song, then like with Suge, it'll be all cool again.. maybe next week.. or years from now.

Few posters mentioned the bigger issues going on in the news for example and these 2, Star and Snoop are equally as fucking stupid for 1 of them starting the shit, and going along with the shit. Neither setting any decent example.

I never get this logic. Just because someone else does some wrong shit doesn't mean its ok fo ryou to do it to. I'm not an advocate of beating the devil by becoming the devil. The shit was stupid. We all get mad every time we see white people running around doing that shit, so why would we accept Snoop doing it.

Yeah your pretty much right there, again Im not a fan of Snoop recent material, I cant remember the last time I like a Snoop record, fckn years ago, but the mainstream seem to love his work, like you say the Psy joint did crazy numbers, if you can crack the Asian market you get PAIIIIIIIIIID...
